Privacy Policy
What CallMap reads, stores, and sends when you use the extension and local CRM.
What CallMap does
CallMap helps you collect qualified local business leads from Google Maps and manage them in a lightweight local CRM.
Data stored on your device
Your campaigns, leads, edited fields, statuses, follow-up dates, call plans, notes, and CRM history are stored locally in your browser.
Google Maps page data
During a campaign, CallMap reads business information needed to complete it, including names, addresses, ratings, review counts, websites, phone numbers, opening status, listing URLs, and available cover images.
License validation
When you activate a paid license, CallMap sends the entered key to its backend to verify validity, status, and usage limits. Technical activation records may be retained.
Data we do not collect
CallMap does not sell CRM data, read passwords or payment details, or collect browsing history unrelated to a Google Maps campaign.
Exports and deletion
CSV exports are created from local CRM data. You can delete records in CallMap or remove local data by uninstalling the extension and clearing browser storage.
Third-party services
CallMap interacts with Google Maps in your browser and uses CallMap backend services for license validation. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.
